MD Eastern Shore Real Estate Agent, Janice O’Donnell, joined the Chaney Homes team, early on, in 2014. For the 15 years prior, she specialized in sales and customer service for various products including working for a Home Inspection Company.

She quickly moved to Team Leader and Manager Positions due to being a friendly, problem solving, go-getter and proving to be a dependable asset to any task at hand. During that time she studied Business and Psychology with her driving passions towards Arts and Literature. She received a Distinguished Scholar of the Arts Award and carried Honors. Her combination of studies and work experience has played a key role in being a well-rounded Real Estate Agent.

Janice has a constant desire to learn and succeed. While exuding honest work ethic and discipline. She is a self-taught photographer and enjoys creating ads and flyers that will help sell your home!
